Location: Muscat/ Salalah Reports to : CEO Role Summary: Lead the strategic and operational launch of Ash Shiwaymiyyah Mining Company (ASMC) Operations encompassing the production, logistics and sales. Plan and implement production and logistics to maximize productivity and commercial value. Build customer preference for ASMC products- limestone and gypsum. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute the company’s operations strategy – production, logistics and sales - in alignment with Business plan approved by the board and to the best interest of the Company. • Plan and implement the appropriate production and logistics set-up and operations to maximize productivity and commercial value. • Plan and build customer preference for ASMC products – limestone and gypsum- before and after commencement of operations. • Build and lead a high-performing team across production, logistics and sales and assure cost optimization for products competitiveness. • Establish and maintain relationships with production and logistics contractors and international buyers. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering and MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management. • Minimum 15 years’ experience in a senior leadership role encompassing production, logistics and sales in similar industry.
