Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesBid Management: Lead the entire tender lifecycle, from tender issuance to final submission.Analysis & Strategy: Examine the rates, estimate the dry execution cost, and study the technical specifications, contractual terms, and commercial requirements to develop winning bids. Need to have knowledge of all the Civil basic components and engineering estimate and working knowledge of MEP.Documentation: Lead the team for submission of high quality technical bid submission.Costing & Pricing: Perform cost calculations by using different methodologies, project budgeting, and price analysis together with historical data.Contract Compliance: Having working knowledge of FIDC and Identify and assess tender risks, ensuring all submissions align with company policies, legal regulations, and client requirements.Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for Clients during the clarification stage and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.Post-Tender Support: Manage follow-ups, negotiations, and handover to project teams
