Role overview As an HSE&C Summer Intern, you will support the team in maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental performance across our operations. This role offers an opportunity to develop practical experience and gain insight into how HSE principles are applied in a dynamic energy environment. Key responsibilities Support HSE activities and initiatives across projects and operations Assist in monitoring compliance with HSE standards and procedures Participate in safety observations, risk assessments, and site activities Support incident reporting and data tracking where required Contribute to environmental and sustainability initiatives Collaborate with team members on continuous improvement activities Who we’re looking for Students in years 3 and 4 of undergraduate studies Studying Biology / Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Health & Safety, HSE, Medicine, Veterinary Science, Dentistry, Physics, Risk or Compliance, or a related discipline Minimum GPA of 2.8 Omani nationality (citizenship required) Strong interest in health, safety, environment, and sustainability Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proactive mindset and willingness to learn What you’ll gain Exposure to bp’s HSE standards and practices Practical experience in a fast-paced energy business Development of technical and professional skills Foundation for future graduate opportunities Important:?
