-This Job is Contract under Nama Dhofar Services by Hamed Engineering Services. -Duration of Contact: 4 years. -The job is exclusive for Dhofar residents only. -Other Qualifications: Technical certifications will be preferable Job Description (Supervision Responsibilities) • Supervise and monitor of civil construction activities (Conrete pole foundations, Distribution Substations,Package Substations,Wadi Protections, trenches, OHL structures). • Coordinate with electrical team to ensure proper interface between civil and electrical works. • Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, OES specifications, and project schedule. • Coordinate with contractors to resolve site and construction issues affecting progress. • Verify quantities, measurements, and quality of civil works for contractor payment certification. • Conduct inspections to ensure quality control of materials and structural works. • Support preparation of progress and site reports related to civil works. • Ensure readiness of civil works for installation, testing, and commissioning stages. • Ensure quality control and compliance with contract requirements. • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of works. • Assist in project handover and close-out activities. • Contribute to contractor performance evaluations.
