Sr. Learning & Development Specialist

<p>Job Purpose:&nbsp;</p>
<p>We are seeking an experienced Learning &amp; Development Specialist to join our dynamic team for the MARSA LNG Bunkering project, which is part of the TotalEnergies and OQEP transition energetic strategy.&nbsp;</p>
<p>In this crucial role, the Learning &amp; Development Specialist will oversee, manage, and execute all Learning &amp; Development (L&amp;D) activities to ensure operational staff are fully trained and capable of performing their roles safely and efficiently during the production phase.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Main tasks and responsibilities</p>
<p>Learning &amp; Development Management&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Implement L&amp;D strategy including, Succession Management, Leadership Development, and Performance Management System, Competency Management.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Ensure to build performance management process in order to enable managers to effectively evaluate and measure individual and team performance and to optimize performance and productivity.</p>
<p>• Partnering with HR to design, develop, and oversee the company’s talent management processes to ensure that talent management is integrated throughout the company.</p>
<p>• Assist in identifying and assessing leaders against the company’s leadership competencies in order to identify succession potential and development needs.</p>
<p>Technical Development&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Lead the Competency management strategy (Framework &amp; System).</p>
<p>• Implement Technical Development Framework.</p>
<p>• Ensure the execution of technical development program is up to the standard and meeting business objectives.</p>
<p>• Ensure Technical Development is integrated with other L&amp; D solutions.</p>
<p>• Advising staff with Technical Development process recommendations.</p>
<p>• Ensures the Technical Development scope &amp; processes are accurate, updated and completed on time and within budgets.</p>
