<p>Scope Of Work:</p>
<p>Visually checks the container for damages inside and its cleanliness; Records the traceability information of ingredients used in Mixing ; Conducts visual checks of Packs at stipulated intervals for defects on sealing, printing , alignment and weights of pack ; checks the weight of filled carton and packs inside for the presence of any defectives pack; monitors CCP &amp; OPRP; Pick-up the shelf life samples of the products manufactured, Ensure the pack coding &amp; Barcode as per country/customer requirement.</p>
<p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p>
<p> Visually inspects a few sample packs from each packing machine at specified intervals to detect any defects in sealing, coding. Checks &amp; ensure weight of the packs and full carton is within the specified range; opens the filled carton selected randomly and checks the packs inside for defects and other details like expiry and production dates for each product.</p>
<p> Ensuring the correct barcode &amp; coding on packet, CBB &amp; promo pack.</p>
<p> Inspects the baked product at the outlet of oven at intervals for texture, taste and ensure the standards dimensions of the product.</p>
<p> Ensure the cream percentage in wafer and cream biscuits.&nbsp;</p>
<p> Checks &amp; ensure the standard recipe run &amp; record in Mixing log books and records batch number, manufacturing/expiry dates of ingredients.&nbsp;</p>
<p> Check the CCP’s &amp; OPRP’s &amp; record the reading in the specified formats.</p>
<p> Checks the expiry dates of biscuit powder to ensure the use of only good quality powder &amp; identify any defects in running biscuit powder.</p>
<p> Checks the condition of empty FG loading container for locating damages/leakage and unhygienic conditions inside and rejects if not meeting the requirement.</p>
<p> Inspects the hygienic conditions of mixing utensils, machines and floor in the plant and instructs workmen to correct&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p> Prepares the DQI report indicating the observations and corrective actions&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p> Conducting daily quality meeting &amp; follow-up for plant round points.</p>
<p> Monitor the leakage test/moisture test of the packed product from each machine at 4 hours’ frequency.</p>
<p> Preparation of MIS report-e.g. Daily sanitation, DQI, monthly reports etc.</p>
<p> Conduct Food safety &amp; GMP training programs for workers.</p>
<p> Conducting training programs for new joined workers.</p>
<p> Monitoring of variety changeover &amp; making of maintenance day cleaning, CCP &amp; OPRP records.</p>
<p> Bringing the defects in to the knowledge of Operators/supervisors in packing, baking, molding to take corrective actions.</p>
<p> Accepting or rejecting the filled cartons based on sample inspection of cartons, CBB, Packets against specification and Quality norms.</p>
<p> Correct recording of ingredients traceability record in the shift.</p>
<p> Bringing the unhygienic conditions to the knowledge of production staff for taking corrective actions.</p>
<p> Detecting expired items or nearly expiring items and informing Production staff to mark and not to use.</p>
<p>• Education and Experience:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p> B. Tech Food technologist</p>
<p> Minimum 5 - 6 years of work experience in quality control (Lab analytical) and on shop floor quality assurance in Biscuit Industry.</p>
<p> Knowledge of FSSC 22K, HALAL, USFDA and HACCP system.</p>
<p> Apart from Arabic language must be fluent in English as all documentation and co-ordination is mostly in English.</p>
<p> Knowledge of bakery production process, Computer Skills, Report writing and analytical skills.</p>
<p> Problem solving approach.</p>
<p> Positive attitude towards work.</p>
