The ideal candidate should have experience handling employee documentation, government-related processes, and ensuring compliance with Omani labor laws.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees.Handle employment visa applications, renewals, transfers, cancellations and complete immigration process.Liaise with government authorities and external agencies for visa and labor-related matters.Monitor visa, labor card, and permit expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.Ensure compliance with Oman Labour Law and company policies.
