<p dir = "auto"><strong>Objective: </strong> This role is primarily responsible for developing, supporting, and executing asset management and business development activities within Private Equities.</p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto"><strong>Key Routine Tasks:</strong></p> <p dir = "auto">• Maintain, Monitor, analyze and report information relating to portfolio companies including their performance, financial indicators, relevant industry data, and peer group analysis</p> <p dir = "auto">• Develop, maintain, and review comprehensive financial models for the portfolio of existing investments and new investment opportunities.</p> <p dir = "auto">• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports whenever required</p> <p dir = "auto">• Actively support existing projects / assets by being involved in specific tasks and responsibilities</p> <p dir = "auto">• Proactively identify, develop, and lead investment projects and opportunities</p> <p dir = "auto">• Evaluate the feasibility of projects/investment opportunities - including conducting market studies, performing research and analysis, identifying risks and returns, conducting valuations, managing due diligence, and leading negotiations</p> <p dir = "auto">• Conduct financial analysis, market studies and industry standard reports</p> <p dir = "auto">• Liaise with bankers, shareholders to channelize the company funds effectively and with organization’s lawyers to determine legal and taxation consequences of alternative structures for proposed investments</p> <p dir = "auto">• Keep abreast of developments in financial markets and advise respective Investment Manager on economic trends and investment</p> <p dir = "auto">• Carry out other related duties and responsibilities as required</p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto"><strong>Skills:</strong></p> <p dir = "auto">• Strong quantitative and analytical skills</p> <p dir = "auto">• Project management skills</p> <p dir = "auto">• Excellent communication and public relation skills </p> <p dir = "auto">• Ability to pay attention to details</p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto"><strong>Work Experience / Knowledge:</strong></p> <p dir = "auto">• 0- 3 years for Financial Analyst and minimum 3 years for Senior financial Analyst of work experience in investment, finance, or accounting.</p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto"><strong>Qualification:</strong></p> <p dir = "auto">• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or other relevant disciplines.</p> <p dir = "auto"></p>
