<p>Primary Function:</p>
<p>- The Head of Operational Excellence is a corporate, enterprise-wide role mandated to define, govern, and institutionalize Operational Excellence (OpEx) across all entities of the holding. The role ensures end-to-end alignment between strategy, operating models, processes, performance management, and organizational capabilities. The position acts as a core mechanism for disciplined strategy execution, moving beyond continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) to drive structural enhancements in process architecture, operational governance, performance accountability, and related disciplines.</p>

<p>A. Operational Excellence Strategy &amp; Governance.</p>
<p>B. Business Process Management &amp; Reengineering.</p>
<p>C. Continuous Improvement &amp; Lean Transformation.</p>
<p>D. Performance Management &amp; KPI Frameworks.</p>
<p>E. Cost Optimization &amp; Value Creation.</p>
<p>F. Digital Transformation Alignment.</p>
<p>G. Change Management &amp; Capability Development.</p>
<p>H. Risk, Quality &amp; Compliance Support.</p>
<p>Academic Qualifications:</p>
<p>- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.</p>
<p>- Master’s degree preferred (MBA, MSc in Operations Excellence/Management).</p>
<p>Professional Certifications:&nbsp;</p>
<p>-Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (mandatory) or Master Black Belt (preferred).</p>
<p>- Certification in CBPL (Certified Business Process Leader) or similar.</p>
<p>- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.</p>
<p>Experience:&nbsp;</p>
<p>- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Operational Excellence or Process Improvement.</p>
<p>- Proven track record in enterprise-wide transformation and reengineering.</p>
<p>- Experience with process automation and performance analytics is an asset.</p>
<p>- Experience in aquaculture or agriculture is an advantage.</p>
