The Social Media Specialist manages and develops company presence across social media platforms including Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, and emerging digital channels, supporting editorial distribution and audience engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily posting and content scheduling across Company's social media platforms.Create engaging captions, posts, and short-form content.Monitor audience engagement and respond to messages or comments when necessary.Coordinate with editorial and design teams to publish news and promotional content.Track and analyze social media performance metrics.Assist in executing digital campaigns and sponsored content.Stay updated on social media trends and platform algorithms.Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.Support live coverage of events, conferences, and breaking news.RequirementsSkills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and social media tools.Basic skills in Canva, video editing, or graphic design are an advantage.Strong writing skills in Arabic or English.Ability to analyze social media data and improve engagement.Creative thinking and ability to produce engaging digital content.
