Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesScope of Work – Third Party Inspector (TPI)Mechanical Site ActivitiesReview technical documents, drawings, and applicable codes for site execution.Review and approve job method statements for mechanical equipment installation, alignmentand inspection.Review and approve the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and inspection protocol formats ofexecution agencies.Review and approve WPS, PQR, and WPQ documents.Witness and establish WPS, PQR, and WPQ.Witness and verify daily site inspection activities.Ensure compliance with approved documents at site.Establish NDT testing procedures and define applicable percentages in accordance withstandards, technical documents, and codes.Witness NDT tests as per site requirements.Field inspection witness and certification of inspection protocol.Ensure thorough field inspections in a timely manner to meet quality requirements.Certify measurement sheets and ensure no duplication of claims for the same items.Coordinate with all stakeholders for smooth execution of work.Any other activity not explicitly mentioned but required for compliance with quality andexecution shall be included in the scope.Note: Experience in Heavy Structural work, Mechanical Equipment Installation And Alignments.
