Team members at Jiwak work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with exposure to cross-border real estate markets.Role Description The Property Consultant – Muscat is a full-time, on-site role based in Muscat, focused on guiding clients through property selection, investment decisions, and purchase processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective buyers and investors, presenting suitable properties, and explaining project details, pricing, and payment plans. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with real estate agencies and developers, coordinating property viewings, and following up with clients to support decision-making. The consultant will also prepare proposals, update client records, support sales closures, and provide market insights to help clients understand local and international real estate opportunities.Qualifications Strong consulting and advisory skills to understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.Excellent communication abilities, including clear presentation and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.Proven customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and client satisfaction.Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in real estate or related sectors, with a track record of meeting targets.Knowledge of real estate markets, preferably in Muscat and the wider region, and familiarity with property transaction processes.Ability to work on-site, manage multiple client engagements, and maintain accurate documentation and reports.Proficiency in basic office and CRM software; fluency in English required, Arabic language skills are an advantage.Relevant diploma or degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
