ATM Custody - Salalah

<p fr-original-style="" style="font-size: 14px;">ATM custodian crews are assigned a zone/area consisting a number of offsite ATMs, with the core responsibility of each crew being to ensure that all offsite ATMs are serviced efficiently and proactively, to maximise uptime to this key customer service channel. As senior crew member the incumbent takes lead responsibility for preventative maintenance service activity, maintaining cash level &amp; replenishment and balancing activities.</p><p fr-original-style="" style="font-size: 14px;"><br></p><p id="isPasted" fr-original-style="" style="font-size: 14px;">Ensure all ATMs are timely replenished and sufficiently stocked with cash NIL cassettes are to be avoided</p><p fr-original-style="" style="font-size: 14px;">• To attend ATM Consumable issues in time with 24 hours service</p><p fr-original-style="" style="font-size: 14px;">• Ensure all cash outgas are identified and booked within 2 days</p><p fr-original-style="" style="font-size: 14px;">• All captured cards are handled as per banks policy sent to CPS on same or&nbsp;</p><p fr-original-style="" style="font-size: 14px;">next day</p><p fr-original-style="" style="font-size: 14px;">• To attend technical faults and report in time to IT &amp; NCR with 24 hours</p><p fr-original-style="" style="font-size: 14px;">• Compliance to internal rules, regulations, procedures, guidelines and external regulatory framework</p>
