Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and secure Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for:Air Conditioning systems (primary focus)Conduct site inspections and condition assessments of HVAC systemsPrepare and submit AMC proposals based on system condition and client requirementsNegotiate terms and successfully close AMC agreementsPromote and sell:Air ConditionersReplacement units and upgrade solutionsIdentify opportunities for system replacement or upgrades based on site conditionsConvert maintenance opportunities into product sales where applicablePrepare quotations, follow up with clients, and ensure timely closure of salesMaintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfactionAchieve assigned sales targets for AMC and AC unitsCoordinate with the technical team for inspections and execution
