الغرض من الوظيفة: يتولى مخطط المحطة – العمليات في شركة "أسياد لمحطات الحاويات" (ACT) مسؤولية التخطيط والتنسيق الفعال والأمثل لعمليات محطة الحاويات. يشمل هذا الدور وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات يومية تشمل السفن والساحات والبوابات لرفع الإنتاجية، واستغلال السعة الاستيعابية، وتخصيص الموارد. يتطلب الدور فهماً عميقاً لعمليات المحطات، ومهارات تحليلية ممتازة، وقدرة على اتخاذ قرارات سريعة لتقليل التأخير. كما يعد الإلمام التام بأنظمة تشغيل المحطات (TOS) أمراً إلزامياً، مع التركيز على بناء علاقات قوية مع الخطوط الملاحية والجهات الحكومية لضمان سلاسة العمليات. المسؤوليات الرئيسية: إدارة التخطيط: تطوير وتنفيذ خطط تشغيل شاملة تشمل جدولة السفن، وإدارة الساحات، وتدفق حركة المرور عبر البوابات، وتخصيص المعدات.تحسين تخصيص الموارد لضمان كفاءة مناولة وتخزين واسترجاع الحاويات وفقاً لأولويات العمل.المراقبة المستمرة لعمليات المحطة وتحديد الاختناقات المحتملة وتعديل الخطط بشكل استباقي للحفاظ على الكفاءة.العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية لمشغلي السفن وشركات الشحن والأقسام الداخلية بشأن ترتيبات الرسو والتحديثات التشغيلية.تحليل البيانات التشغيلية لقياس الأداء مقابل مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) وإعداد تقارير حول إنتاجية السفن واستغلال الساحات.ضمان امتثال جميع أنشطة التخطيط للوائح السلامة والسياسات المعتمدة في الشركة.الإجادة التامة لاستخدام نظام N4 TOS في التخطيط والتحسين والتنفيذ، بما في ذلك وحدات السفن والساحات والبوابات والحاويات المبردة. خدمة العملاء وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة: بناء وصيانة علاقات قوية مع الخطوط الملاحية، وسلطات الجمارك، والموانئ، والجهات الحكومية.التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة لتبسيط إجراءات المحطة وضمان التواصل الدقيق وفي الوقت المناسب مع العملاء. السلامة والأمن: تنفيذ وإنفاذ معايير وإجراءات السلامة الخاصة بالشركة.إجراء عمليات تفتيش دورية لضمان التزام الفرق التشغيلية بمعايير السلامة المهنية.الإشراف على التدابير الأمنية لحماية البضائع وأصول المحطة، والتحقيق في الحوادث لتحديد الأسباب الجذرية. إدارة الأداء والتحسين المستمر: مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لتحليل الاتجاهات وتحديد مجالات القصور في العمليات.العمل على التخلص من الهدر في العمليات التشغيلية من خلال التحليل المستمر لتعزيز الإنتاجية.تعزيز ثقافة التحسين المستمر وقيادة المبادرات التطويرية داخل دائرة العمليات. المؤهلات والخبرات والمهارات: المؤهلات: درجة البكالوريوس في اللوجستيات، أو إدارة الموانئ، أو ما يعادلها. الخبرات: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في عمليات محطات الحاويات، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل كمخطط محطة.خبرة عملية مباشرة في استخدام نظام N4 TOS (تحليل البيانات، إعداد التقارير، وتكوين النظام).معرفة عميقة بأنظمة وعمليات ومعدات محطات الحاويات، مع تفضيل المعرفة بمنهجيات Lean أو ما يعادلها. المهارات: القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة في وقت واحد والعمل بفعالية تحت الضغط.مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية ودقة عالية في التفاصيل.قدرات ممتازة في إدارة المشاريع والتنظيم.مهارات قوية في بناء العلاقات وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة وحل النزاعات.الاستعداد للعمل بنظام النوبات (بما في ذلك الليالي وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع). التواصل والعلاقات الوظيفية: داخلياً: فريق القيادة العليا، العمليات، التجاري، الصحة والسلامة (HSSE)، الهندسة، وأسياد للموانئ. خارجياً: الخطوط والوكالات الملاحية، كبار العملاء، الجهات الحكومية، الجمارك، وشرطة عمان السلطانية. JOB PURPOSE: The Terminal Planner – Operations within ACT is responsible for the efficient and optimal planning and coordination of container terminal operations. This role involves developing and implementing strategies daily across all terminal planning activities (vessel, yard, and gate) to maximize terminal productivity, capacity utilization, and resource allocation. It requires a strong understanding of terminal operations, excellent analytical skills, and mandatory in-depth knowledge of Terminal Operating Systems (TOS). The role involves fostering stakeholder relationships with shipping lines, agencies, and port authorities to ensure optimal operations. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Planning Management: Develop and implement comprehensive terminal operating plans, including vessel scheduling, yard management, gate flows, and equipment allocation.Optimize resource allocation for efficient container handling, storage, and retrieval as per operational priorities.Continuously monitor operations, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively adjust plans to minimize delays.Serve as a key point of contact for vessel operators and internal departments regarding schedules and operational updates.Prepare and analyze operational data to measure performance against KPIs (vessel productivity, yard utilization, etc.).Adhere to terminal safety regulations and ensure planning activities comply with relevant company policies.Proficiently utilize N4 TOS for planning, optimization, and execution (Vessel, Yard, Gate, and Reefer modules). Customer Service & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, customs, port authorities, and government agencies.Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline terminal processes and ensure timely communication with customers. Safety and Security: Implement and enforce ACT safety standards and conduct regular inspections of workplaces.Oversee security measures to protect cargo and assets and investigate incidents to implement preventive measures.Performance Management & Continuous Improvement:Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify trends and eliminate waste in terminal operation processes.Foster a continuous improvement culture and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity. Qualification, Experience and Skills: Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Ports Management, or equivalent. Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in container terminal operations, with at least 3 years as a Terminal Planner.Hands-on experience with N4 TOS, including data analysis, report generation, and system configuration.In-depth knowledge of terminal systems and processes, with a preference for Lean methodologies. Skills: Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical problem-solving skills.Excellent project management and organizational abilities.Proven experience in stakeholder management and relationship building.Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
