About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Planning to lead planning functions across our operations. This position is ideal for a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with proven expertise in turnaround / Shutdown planning, project execution, stakeholder engagement, and leadership.Key Responsibilities:To provide support to the planning manager to achieve project & turnaround objectives and ensure that all necessary inputs (resources) are available on one hand to implement company’s systems for effective planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling.Update turnaround activities in Level – IV plan in close coordination with Discipline Incharge, and Site Manager.Prepare achievable targets from execution staff for Level – IV plan.Guide pre-mobilization activities, ensuring proper planning for smooth project commencement.Project Cost & Financial Management, ensuring budget adherence and cost control.Monitor project scheduling, monitoring, reporting & execution, ensuring timely completion and necessary corrective actions.Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and project progress.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or relevant fields.Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience in planning and executing turnarounds / Shutdowns within the Oil & Gas and petrochemical sector. Key Skills & Competencies:Proven track record in managing shutdowns, turnarounds, and retrofit projectsStrong project planning and execution capabilitiesAbility to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams under pressureExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in risk management and mitigation strategies
