Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesPosition Name : AM/DM - Rolling Mill - Operations Location : Oman Qualification: Diploma/BE/B.tech in Mechanical /Production/ Industrial /Metallurgy Engineering Experience: 5 to 15 Years Job Purpose: The incumbent will be responsible to oversee the production and operations of the Rolling Mill to ensure efficient and effective processing of materials, meeting production targets, quality standards, safety norms, and cost objectives. Job Responsibilities: Plan and execute daily production schedules. Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials. Monitor KPIs such as production volume, yield, and mill efficiency. Continuously monitor mill operations and identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices and lean manufacturing techniques. Reduce downtime and improve mill productivity.
