Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesConduct regular HSE inspections, audits, and site safety monitoring activities Ensure compliance with Oman MD 286 requirements, project HSE plans, and company policies Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement corrective actions Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE training programs Organize and participate in emergency drills and mock exercises Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend preventive measures Participate in HSE meetings and promote a proactive safety culture across project sites
