Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesAct as technical authority for WTG erection activities. Supervise unloading, storage,preservation, assembly and installation of turbine components. Coordinate craneoperations and heavy lifts for tower sections, nacelles, hubs and blades. Ensurecompliance with OEM procedures, quality requirements and HSE standards. Managesubcontractors and interfaces with civil, electrical and commissioning teams. Supportmechanical completion, punch-list clearance and handover.Minimum Experience RequirementsMinimum 8-10 years in industrial construction. Minimum 8 years dedicated to windturbine erection projects. Proven experience on wind farms above 300 MW.Demonstrated involvement from construction through commissioning and COD.Experience with international EPC contractors and OEM turbine suppliers.Preferred OEM ExperienceCandidates with hands-on experience in Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, GE Vernova,Nordex, Enercon, Goldwind or Sany technologies shall be prioritized.Technical CompetenciesWTG erection methodology; tower installation; nacelle installation; blade mounting; bolttensioning; hydraulic torque equipment; alignment and leveling; lifting studies; heavycrane operations; turbine preservation; mechanical inspections; quality dossiers; turbinecommissioning support; punch-list management; defect identification and rectification;work packaging and construction sequencing.Construction and Project ManagementManagement of subcontractors, daily progress monitoring, look-ahead planning,resource allocation, productivity tracking, interface management, schedule recoveryactions, risk management and reporting to project management teams.HSE RequirementsStrong leadership in lifting operations, work at height, rescue plans, permit to worksystems, lock-out tag-out procedures, risk assessments, toolbox talks and zero-harmsafety culture. Candidate must demonstrate a proactive safety leadership record.QualificationsBachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. English proficiencyB2/C1. Ability to work in remote locations and rotational assignments. Wind industrycertifications and GWO training are highly desirable.Geographic ExperienceExperience in international utility-scale wind projects is preferred. Middle East, Europe,Latin America, Asia-Pacific and Africa wind farm experience will be consideredadvantageous.
