Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities MEP Supervisor Job Summary: The MEP Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and operations of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on a construction site or within a facility. The role ensures that all MEP works are carried out according to specifications, standards, and project timelines, while coordinating between multiple teams and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the work of MEP subcontractors and in-house teams. Review MEP drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure proper execution. Monitor installation progress and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and design standards. Plan and allocate resources to meet project timelines and budgets. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks for all MEP works. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues on-site. Maintain daily reports and documentation of site activities and progress. Ensure that all work complies with local codes, regulations, and industry standards. Participate in testing and commissioning of MEP systems. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field. Minimum 8+years of experience in a supervisory MEP role in construction or facilities management. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of safety and quality control procedures. Preferred: Certification in MEP or building services. Experience with large-scale residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
