As home to the Directorate of Neurosciences, Khoula Hospital is the principal referral center for complex brain, spine, and neurotrauma cases across the Sultanate. In this high-impact role, you will perform emergency neurotrauma interventions, elective cranial and spinal procedures, run diagnostic outpatient clinics, and collaborate with an expert multidisciplinary team. Job Location – Muscat, Oman Required Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria To meet Oman Medical Specialty Board (OMSB) and Ministry of Health (MOH) licensing requirements, candidates must possess: Basic Medical Degree: MBBS from a recognized university in India. Postgraduate Specialization: MCh / MS / DNB in Neurosurgery. Clinical Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of post-specialization surgical experience in a recognized secondary or tertiary hospital. Core Competencies & Technical Skills Demonstrated surgical expertise. Advanced decision-making and critical management skills under high-pressure emergency situations. Ability to thrive in a high-volume, multi-specialty tertiary environment. Salary, Remuneration & Benefits Tax-Free Salary: Highly competitive monthly scale ranging from OMR 2,100 to OMR 2,300.
