Purpose of the Job The AI Content and Multimedia Communications Advisor is responsible for developing high-quality, AI-enabled communication content, with a strong focus on video, multimedia, and digital storytelling, while also supporting the adoption of AI tools and practices within the communications function to enhance overall capability and effectiveness. The position supports the Communications team in producing engaging visual and narrative content, including videos, scripts, voiceovers, and digital assets, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging and brand standards. In addition, the role supports bilingual (Arabic–English) communication through AI-assisted translation and localization, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and cultural relevance, and promotes the effective use of AI tools across communication activities. The role primarily focuses on content development and production, while actively contributing to the integration and optimization of AI tools within the communications function to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency, and supporting teams in delivering AI-enabled communication outputs. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Translation, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Digital Media, Multimedia or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage. Certifications in AI Tools, Digital Transformation, Digital Content Creation, Multimedia Production, or Strategic Communications are desirable. Minimum of 4 years of experience in communications, digital strategy, digital content development, multimedia production or technology-related roles within a complex organisation.Proven experience in developing engaging digital content, particularly video and multimedia formats. Experience using AI tools for content creation, editing, translation, or production workflows.
