Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesDesign and analyze complex bridge structures, including superstructures, substructures, and foundations, ensuring compliance with relevant codes (AASHTO, Eurocodes, etc.) and standards.Perform detailed calculations and simulations using structural analysis software (SAP2000, MIDAS Civil, etc.) to assess load-bearing capacity, stability, and performance under various conditions.Prepare comprehensive engineering drawings, specifications, and reports for bridge projects, collaborating closely with CAD technicians and other engineering disciplines.Conduct site visits and inspections to assess existing bridge conditions, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations for repairs, rehabilitation, or replacement.
