Manages and supervises technical control activities for air navigation systems, ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of communication, navigation, and surveillance systems in accordance with approved national regulations and international standards. Contributes to improving technical control processes and supporting the continuity of air navigation systems in support of the organization's objectives. ##General Requirements: PhD in Air Navigation Engineering, Communications and Electronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Technology Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering. Master's Degree in one of the above disciplines + at least three (3) years of experience after graduation in Air Traffic Management Communication and Navigation Systems. Bachelor's Degree in one of the above disciplines + at least six (6) years of experience after graduation in Air Traffic Management Communication and Navigation Systems. ##Specific Requirements: Must have completed foundation courses in Air Communication and Navigation Systems in addition to the ATSEP course. Knowledge of national regulations (CARS) and ICAO requirements related to air navigation systems, and familiarity with SARPs. Knowledge of CNS/ATM systems and their operational and maintenance requirements. Knowledge of the Global Air Navigation Plan (GANP) and related regional initiatives. High technical competence in handling unexpected failures of communication and navigation systems. Knowledge of aviation safety risk assessment methodologies and their application. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to prepare official correspondence and reports in both Arabic and English. Willingness to work on a shift basis. Proficiency in using computer applications. Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
