<p>Purpose of Position:</p>
<p>To assist Sr. SCM Manager in Master Data Management functions as per the instructions, directions and to the satisfaction of Sr. SCM Manager.</p>
<p>To be responsible for the overall quality, accuracy, and completeness of master data within the company's ERP and related systems.</p>
<p>To ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with established standards and policies.</p>
<p>To collaborate with various departments to maintain and improve data quality, supporting efficient business operations and informed decision-making.</p>
<p>Comply with the policies and procedures of the organization, including but not limited to, Materials management, ISO etc.</p>
<p>Job Description</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<p>Data Governance: Implement and enforce master data governance policies, procedures, and standards across the organization.</p>
<p>Data Maintenance: Create, update, and maintain master data records, including but not limited to:</p>
<p>Material Master Data (raw materials, components, spare parts, etc.)</p>
<p>Vendor master data (contact details, supply profiles, payment terms, etc.)</p>
<p>Fixed asset master data</p>
<p>Bill of Materials (BOM)</p>
<p>Data Quality Management: Monitor data quality, identify and correct data errors, and implement data cleansing initiatives. Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.</p>
<p>Data Entry and Validation: Ensure accurate and timely data entry into relevant systems. Validate data entries to minimize errors and inconsistencies.</p>
<p>Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with various departments (e.g., procurement, manufacturing, finance) to understand their data needs and ensure data accuracy. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding data changes and updates.</p>
<p>Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze master data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Generate reports on data quality metrics and present findings to management.</p>
<p>System Support: Provide support to end-users on master data related issues. Troubleshoot data problems and provide training on data entry and maintenance procedures.</p>
<p>Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline master data processes and improve data quality. Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements.</p>
<p>Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on master data processes, procedures, and standards.</p>
<p>Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy regulations and company policies.</p>
<p>&nbsp;Principal Challenges:</p>
<p>Ability and willingness to work under high pressure in challenging environment. Readiness to work extra hours on business need basis to meet project deadlines.</p>
<p>Ability to effectively communicate (Fluent in written and spoken English communication) with internal departments, as well as suppliers, service providers;</p>
<p>Ability to get the job done on time despite the fact that there is “NO / limited control” over internal and external agencies / environment. Ability to take right action at right time to deal with multinational, multicultural supplier base, company employees in other departments/functions [Operations, Finance, HSE, etc.].</p>

<p>Minimum Academic / Professional Qualification:</p>
<p>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>Proven experience (3 years) in master data management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.</p>
<p>Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and master data concepts.</p>
<p>Excellent data entry and validation skills.</p>
<p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p>
<p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p>
<p>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>Detail-oriented and highly organized.</p>
<p>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>Preferred Qualifications:</p>
<p>Experience with data quality tools and techniques.</p>
<p>Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages.</p>
<p>Certification in data management or a related field.</p>

<p>Minimum Work Experience :</p>
<p>Minimum 2-3 years in a Mining, Oil&amp;Gas or EPC company involved in EPC projects of process plants, mining, exploration</p>
<p>&nbsp;Skills &amp; Competencies Required:</p>
<p>Fluent in written and oral English communication, good negotiation skills</p>
<p>Valid driving license, preferably in GCC</p>
