Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesWe are hiring an experienced Instrument / Fire & Gas Technician for a refinery-based project in Duqm, Oman. The candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of gas detection and fire protection systems.Key Responsibilities:Perform preventive maintenance for gas detectors and fire alarm systems of various brands.Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of toxic gas detectors.Coordinate and communicate effectively in English with the Main Control Room (MCR) team for enabling and disabling system tags.Carry out maintenance of Deluge Valve Systems.Perform servicing and maintenance of FM200 fire suppression systems.Work in compliance with the Permit to Work (PTW) system.Ensure adherence to refinery safety standards and HSE guidelines.
