Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesOversee all financial operations and ensure accuracy in reporting. Prepare and present timely MIS reports by business segment, product category, and customer.Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget vs. prior year) and provide corrective recommendations.Lead annual budgeting process across departments and monitor cost variances.Maintain updated product costing and allocate manufacturing overheads appropriately.Manage receivables, monitor credit limits, and prepare customer ageing reports.Optimize inventory levels and track slow-moving stock.Enhance ERP workflows (Microsoft Dynamics) and strengthen internal financial controls.Review payroll accuracy and compliance.Mentor and train finance team members to build capability and performance.Support CFO, Board, and Audit Committee with analytical reports and presentations.
