Director Russian Market

<p>JOB SCOPE</p>
<p>To lead and expand Oman Airports’ presence in the Russian market by increasing passenger traffic, strengthening airline and tourism partnerships, and maximizing commercial revenue from Russian travelers.</p>

<p>ACCOUNTABILITIES</p>
<p>• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow the Russian market in line with Oman Airports’ commercial objectives.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Establish and maintain strong relationships with Russian airlines, tour operators, travel agencies, and key industry stakeholders.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Identify opportunities for new routes, charter operations, and increased flight frequencies from Russia.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Collaborate with marketing teams to design targeted campaigns for Russian travelers.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Enhance passenger experience by promoting Russia-friendly services (e.g., language support, tailored retail and F&amp;B offerings).&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Monitor aviation and tourism trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities in the Russian market.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Work closely with retail, duty-free, and hospitality partners to optimize offerings for Russian passengers.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Represent Oman Airports at international exhibitions, roadshows, and industry events related to the Russian market.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Provide regular performance reports, market insights, and recommendations to senior management.&nbsp;</p>

<p>QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE</p>
<p>• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).&nbsp;</p>
<p>• 10 years of relevant experience in aviation, tourism, or commercial development.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• with minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership or managerial role within aviation, tourism, or commercial development.</p>
<p>• Strong experience working with or within the Russian market.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Proven track record in business development and partnership management.&nbsp;</p>

<p>SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES</p>
<p>• Strong understanding of Russian travel trends and customer behavior.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Fluency in English; Russian language is highly preferred.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.&nbsp;</p>
