Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex interior fit-out and contracting projects across commercial and high-end developments. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, strong leadership presence, and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from pre-construction through handover.This role requires a hands-on professional who is confident dealing with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project execution for interior fit-out and contracting worksOversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectationsManage project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution on sitePrepare and review project programs, progress reports, cash flows, and forecastsEnsure compliance with contract terms, technical specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirementsCoordinate closely with clients, consultants, architects, and authorities throughout the project lifecycleHandle project documentation, approvals, variations, claims, and final accountsLead contract administration, including preparation and review of contracts, agreements, and subcontract packagesManage and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure cost control, quality, and timely deliveryMonitor project risks and proactively resolve technical, commercial, and operational challengesEnsure smooth project handover, snag clearance, and close-out documentationProject Experience RequiredThe candidate must have strong hands-on experience delivering interior fit-out projects such as:Commercial offices and corporate spacesShopping malls and retail developmentsBanks and financial institutionsVillas and high-end residential projectsMixed-use and commercial developmentsRequirements & QualificationsMinimum 8+ years of experience in interior fit-out and contracting projectsStrong background in project management, site operations, and contract administrationExcellent knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and finishesProven ability to manage complex, fast-track projectsStrong understanding of contracts, agreements, and commercial controlsExcellent communication, coordination, and client-handling skillsAbility to work independently and take full ownership of projectsGCC experience is preferred but not mandatory
