Team members join a creative environment where craftsmanship, innovation, and a premium customer experience are central to every decision.Role Description The Fit-out Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site activities related to interior fit-out works, ensuring that designs are executed to Mayzonofficial’s quality standards and brand aesthetics. This part-time, on-site role based in Oman involves coordinating contractors and vendors, supervising installation of fixtures and finishes, monitoring progress against timelines, and conducting regular site inspections. The Fit-out Supervisor will review drawings and specifications, resolve on-site issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project guidelines. The role also includes reporting on project status, maintaining documentation, and collaborating closely with design and operations teams to deliver spaces that align with the brand’s vision.Qualifications Experience supervising interior fit-out or construction projects, with strong site management and coordination abilities.Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings, specifications, and technical documents.Knowledge of materials, finishes, fixtures, and fit-out standards relevant to luxury retail or boutique environments.Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.Effective communication skills for working with designers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Understanding of workplace safety practices and local regulations related to on-site work in Oman.Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or boutique fit-out projects is highly beneficial.Relevant diploma or degree in construction management, interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
