This role is ideal for someone passionate about precision baking, premium ingredients, and delivering visually stunning and flavorful creations.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and produce high-quality croissants, laminated pastries, cakes, desserts, and signature pastry itemsExecute dough lamination, proofing, baking, decorating, glazing, and finishing techniques with consistency and precisionCreate visually appealing desserts and cakes that align with premium artisan bakery standardsMaintain consistency in taste, texture, quality, and presentation across all pastry productsDevelop seasonal dessert concepts and innovative pastry menu itemsMonitor ingredient quality, freshness, and stock levels for daily productionEnsure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and kitchen sanitation standardsOperate pastry and bakery equipment safely and efficientlyCoordinate with bakery and café teams to support daily operations and customer demandTrain and mentor junior pastry staff when required
