Job Title: Head of ELV Maintenance Location: Muscat, OmanReporting to: Managing Director Are you a strategic operational leader with a proven track record in Electronic Security and Electronic Low Voltage (ELV) systems?A leading global provider of security solutions is seeking a dynamic and proactive Head of Maintenance based in Oman. In this pivotal role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, deploy and hand over maintenance projects, and drive customer retention. You will act as the operational and commercial anchor for our clients, solving technical challenges while identifying new business opportunities to expand our market footprint.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership: Manage the end-to-end service delivery cycle. Implement efficient manpower planning, resource allocation, material delivery, commissioning, and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) schedules.Client & Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients. Address operational, technical, commercial, and legal queries while driving "Get & Grow" sales to maximize account value.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Pre-Sales, Operations, Project Managers, and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment with customer needs.Site & Project Overviews: Conduct site surveys and project viewings to understand client requirements and design tailored solutions alongside Solution Architects.Resource & Schedule Tracking: Monitor maintenance deliverables, daily handovers, material procurement, and technician rostering.Commercial Drive: Lead the contract renewal process, secure growth through industry events, and maintain accurate records of all opportunities using CRM software in alignment with company policies.Compliance & Integrity: Uphold all applicable company policies, compliance procedures, ethical codes, and standard operating frameworks.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field). A Master's degree or postgraduate qualification in Logistics, Operations, or Sales Management is highly preferred.Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operational roles. This must include proven customer account management within ELV projects, electronics implementation, and Fire Systems.Methodologies: Strong background in agile project delivery, efficiency, and Health & Safety.Certifications (Preferred): CFPS (Certified Fire Protection Specialist), PMP, CAPM, or Lean Methodologies (Scrum, Six Sigma, etc.).Skills & AttributesCommunication: Proficiency in written and spoken English, paired with exceptional follow-up skills.Strategic Acumen: Ability to collaborate with the executive leadership team to achieve cluster goals.Management Expertise: Strong change management, operational acumen, and talent management skills to guide teams at all organizational levels.Personal Traits: A proactive, high-integrity professional who thrives under pressure, adapts quickly to dynamic procurement environments, and handles confidential information with the utmost discretion.
