Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesRole & responsibilities Prepare project schedules, manpower planning, and work execution plans as per project requirements. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress and prepare progress reports. Coordinate with site execution team for work status, measurements, and quantity tracking. Prepare RA Bills, client billing, subcontractor billing, and invoice supporting documents. Verify work quantities as per drawings, site execution, and BOQ. Maintain billing records, work completion reports, and project documentation. Coordinate with client and consultant for bill certification and approvals. Track project delays, variations, and additional scope of work. Prepare bar charts, progress trackers, DPR, WPR, and MPR reports. Support project management team in cost control and project monitoring activities. Coordinate with QA/QC and execution departments for measurement and billing clearances. Ensure all billing activities are completed within timeline and as per contract conditions. Attend project review meetings with client and management.
