Candidate Profile: • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience • Minimum qualification: Grade 12 and above • Computer literate • Good written and spoken English • Willing to work in rotational shifts (days and timings) Job Responsibilities: • Issuing insurance policies using our software platform • Assisting customers over phone • Handling customer WhatsApp enquiries • Working in rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM • Working on a rotational schedule across all days of the week (Sunday to Saturday)
