Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary We are seeking a qualified Travel & Ticketing Executive with proven Gulf experience and mandatory IATA certification. The role involves managing international reservations, fare construction, itinerary planning, and customer service across multiple Computer Reservation Systems (CRS). Candidates must be available to join immediately.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle international reservation and ticketing processes.Construct fares and prepare detailed itineraries with accurate costing.Manage IATA and non-IATA agents, along with direct walk-in customers.Make reservations and confirm seat allocations.Liaise with international airline sales executives to maintain strong business relations.Provide customer service to walk-in clients and ensure satisfaction.Develop mutual understanding with travel-related sectors and build beneficial client relationships.Process all types of ticket issuance, re-issuance, and refunds across CRS platforms (Amadeus, Abacus, Galileo, Sabre).Required CRS KnowledgeAbacus: Automated ticketing, fare editing (mask use), re-issuance, hotel booking.Galileo: Basic functionality, documentation, global fares, ticketing, re-issuance.Amadeus: Reservation, automated ticketing, advanced re-issuance knowledge.Sabre: Reservation, automated ticketing, re-issuance knowledge.
