We are launching an exciting new luxury Nikki Beach Resort & Spa in Yiti Bay,Sultanate of Oman and we are seeking an accomplished Director of Food & Beverage to lead the opening and ongoing success of an exceptional luxury resort. Reporting to the General Manager, the Director of Food & Beverage will oversee all Food & Beverage operations across the resort, including restaurants, bars, lounges, in-room dining, banqueting, events, and any specialty dining venues. This role requires a strategic leader with a passion for innovation, operational excellence, financial performance, and creating memorable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead the successful pre-opening, launch, and ongoing operation of all Food & Beverage outlets. Develop and implement the resort's Food & Beverage strategy in line with the overall brand vision and business objectives. Ensure exceptional service standards across all dining experiences while fostering a culture of genuine hospitality. Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency through effective planning and performance management. Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies while maintaining strong cost controls. Recruit, develop, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Food & Beverage leadership team. Collaborate with Executive Chefs and outlet managers to create innovative menus, unique concepts, and memorable guest experiences. Oversee banquet and event operations, ensuring flawless execution for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. Monitor guest satisfaction and implement continuous improvements based on feedback and market trends. Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, licensing, and quality assurance standards. Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate strategic purchasing agreements while maintaining quality and value. Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams to develop promotions, seasonal campaigns, and destination dining experiences. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of progressive Food & Beverage senior leadership experience within luxury resorts or internationally recognized hospitality brands. Previous experience as Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Assistant Manager – F&B, or a comparable senior leadership role. Proven success leading multiple restaurants, bars, banqueting, and resort dining operations. Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization. Extensive knowledge of luxury dining trends, guest engagement, and premium service standards. Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills. Ability to inspire innovation while maintaining operational discipline and consistency. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
