Sales & Marketing Engineer

<p><span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales &amp; Marketing Engineer with experience in industrial automation to promote and sell automation solutions including PLC systems, MCC panels, SCADA systems, VFDs, and field instruments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets in assigned territories.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">Promote and sell industrial automation solutions including PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), MCC (Motor Control Centers), SCADA systems, VFD (Variable Frequency Drives), and industrial instrumentation.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">Identify and develop new customers, markets, and applications in sectors such as water, oil &amp; gas, power, manufacturing, and infrastructure.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">Understand client requirements and prepare suitable technical-commercial proposals, presentations, and quotations.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and product demonstrations to prospective customers.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams to provide accurate and timely information to clients.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">Follow up on leads, enquiries, and submitted proposals to convert into successful orders.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">Maintain strong post-sale relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">Monitor competitor activity and market trends and provide feedback to the management.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars to represent the company and generate leads.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">Maintain proper documentation, records of sales activities, and prepare periodic sales reports</span></li>

<p><span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);"><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">Prior experience working with automation brands like Siemens, Schneider, GE, Allen-Bradley, ABB, etc.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">Familiarity with tendering process and project execution lifecycle.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">Ability to read electrical drawings and technical specifications.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: rgb(0,0,0);">Strong problem-solving mindset and client-oriented approach.</span></li>
