<p>JOB PURPOSE: To contribute to the students' success through supporting the delivery of the programs within the field of specialization. </p> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: </p> <p>1 Teaching the courses assigned by the Head of Department, preparing and development of related learning materials and keeping his/her course portfolio. </p> <p>2 Guide, lead and supervise of students in research projects and provide personal tutoring on theoretical and practical aspects of the course. </p> <p>3 Evaluate, monitor and keep records of students' results, achievements, activities and attendance. </p> <p>4 Making of exam papers and other necessary assessments, conducting examinations and invigilation duties, marking of assessments and reviewing the results in complaince with the College's academic policies and procedures. </p> <p>5 Contribute in design, development and implementation of high quality curriculum. </p> <p>6 Supervision of practical training or internship programs as part of the curriculum, presenting reports on student's academic progress. </p> <p>7 Prepare and submit semester reports. </p> <p>8 Contribute to the department's operational and actions plans. </p> <p>9 Serve and support the functional activities of the College committees or other voluntary activities. </p> <p>10 Contribute to research and scholarly activities by producing publications and presenting research outcomes at conferences. </p> <p>11 Contribute to community and industry engagement activities. </p> <p>12 Participate in meetings, activities, seminars and workshops arranged by the department or the College. </p> <p>13 Contribute to accreditations, submit documents as may be required by the QAD. </p> <p>14 Supervise and support assistant lecturers. </p> <p>15 Assist and support the HoD, ADAA or the Dean by carrying out any other task as assigned to them. </p> <p></p>
