The Certified Technical Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Muscat, responsible for delivering technical training on Well Test services, systems, and solutions to internal staff. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and updating training materials, conducting classroom and hands-on sessions, and evaluating participant performance to ensure competency in field operations and equipment usage. The trainer will collaborate with operations, technical support, and management to identify training needs, maintain certification standards, and support onboarding of new personnel. Additional tasks include maintaining training records, coordinating schedules, and providing ongoing coaching and refresher sessions to promote safe, effective, and compliant work practices.
