المسمى الوظيفي: مهندس مشروع تنسيق حدائق القسم: المشاريع / الإنشاءات يرفع تقاريره إلى: مدير المشروع الموقع: محافظة مسندم / في مختلف أنحاء سلطنة عُمان ملخص الوظيفة: مهندس تنسيق الحدائق مسؤول عن تخطيط والإشراف وتنفيذ جميع أعمال تنسيق المواقع في مواقع المشاريع، مع ضمان الالتزام الكامل بالمخططات المعتمدة والمواصفات ومعايير الجودة والجداول الزمنية للمشروع. تتطلب الوظيفة تنسيقًا وثيقًا مع فرق متعددة التخصصات، وإدارة فعّالة للموقع، وضمان تسليم أعمال اللاندسكيب بنجاح وفق المتطلبات. المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية 1. مرحلة ما قبل التنفيذ مراجعة مخططات وتصاميم اللاندسكيب والمواصفات ووثائق العقد. إعداد وتطوير وتحديث مخططات الورش (Shop Drawings) ومخططات كما تم التنفيذ (As-Built). التنسيق مع الفرق المدنية والكهربائية والميكانيكية لتفادي تعارضات التصميم والتنفيذ. المساهمة في إعداد جداول الكميات (BOQ) واعتمادات المواد والبرامج الزمنية. اختيار والتوصية بأنواع النباتات المناسبة للمناخ المحلي وظروف التربة ومتطلبات الاستدامة. 2. الإشراف والتنفيذ في الموقع الإشراف على جميع أعمال اللاندسكيب، بما في ذلك: تسوية الموقع وتجهيز التربة تركيب أنظمة الري الأعمال الصلبة (الأرصفة، الممرات، العناصر الزخرفية) الأعمال الزراعية (الأشجار، الشجيرات، المسطحات الخضراء) ضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفق المخططات والمواصفات المعتمدة. متابعة تقدم العمل اليومي وإعداد تقارير الإنجاز. إدارة العمالة والمقاولين من الباطن والمعدات وموارد الموقع بكفاءة. 3. مراقبة الجودة والالتزام إجراء الفحوصات لضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة ومتطلبات المشروع. مراجعة واعتماد المواد الموردة إلى الموقع. تقديم طلبات الفحص (IR) والتنسيق مع الاستشاريين لاعتمادها. التأكد من الالتزام بأنظمة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة. 4. التنسيق والتواصل التواصل مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين والفرق الداخلية. حضور اجتماعات المشروع وتقديم المدخلات الفنية. معالجة مشاكل الموقع بسرعة واقتراح حلول هندسية عملية. 5. ما بعد التنفيذ والتسليم اختبار والتحقق من أداء أنظمة الري. الإشراف على فترة الصيانة ونمو النباتات. إعداد مخططات كما تم التنفيذ النهائية. التنسيق لتسليم المشروع للعميل والجهات المعنية. تقديم إرشادات حول صيانة وتشغيل أعمال اللاندسكيب. 5-المؤهلات والمتطلبات بكالوريوس في هندسة تنسيق الحدائق أو الزراعة أو البستنة أو تخصص ذي صلة. خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تنفيذ والإشراف على مشاريع اللاندسكيب. معرفة قوية بأنظمة الري واختيار النباتات والممارسات الزراعية. إجادة استخدام AutoCAD وبرامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس وأدوات التصميم ذات الصلة. مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والقيادة وإدارة المشاريع. القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات الهندسية. مهارات تنظيم وإدارة وقت قوية. رخصة قيادة سارية. المهارات والكفاءات قدرات فنية قوية وإدارة مواقع دقة في التفاصيل والالتزام بالجودة مهارات حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار القيادة والعمل الجماعي إدارة الوقت والالتزام بالمواعيد معرفة في تصميم اللاندسكيب والبستنة مهارات التواصل مع العملاء وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة إعداد الميزانيات وتخطيط الموارد الالتزام بالسلامة وضبط الجودة ظروف العمل العمل بشكل أساسي في مواقع المشاريع. قد يتطلب العمل لساعات إضافية حسب متطلبات المشروع. التعرض لظروف بيئية خارجية. مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) إنجاز أعمال اللاندسكيب في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية جودة الأعمال المنفذة الالتزام بالمواصفات ومعايير السلامة رضا العميل ونجاح تسليم المشروع Job Title: Landscape Project Engineer Department: Projects / Construction Reports To: Project Manager Location: Musandam Governorate / Across the Sultanate of Oman ________________________________________ Job Summary The Landscape Engineer is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing all landscape works on project sites, ensuring full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The role requires close coordination with multidisciplinary teams, effective site management, and ensuring successful delivery and handover of landscape components. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities 1. Pre Construction Phase • Review landscape design drawings, specifications, and contract documents. • Prepare, develop, and update shop drawings and as built drawings. • Coordinate with civil, electrical, and mechanical teams to prevent design and execution conflicts. • Assist in preparing BOQs, material submittals, and project schedules. • Recommend and select plant species suitable for local climate, soil conditions, and sustainability requirements. ________________________________________ 2. Site Supervision & Execution • Supervise all landscape construction activities, including: • Site grading and soil preparation • Irrigation system installation • Hardscape works (paving, pathways, decorative elements) • Softscape works (trees, shrubs, turfing) • Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. • Monitor daily site progress and prepare progress reports. • Manage labor, subcontractors, equipment, and site resources efficiently. ________________________________________ 3. Quality Control & Compliance • Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements. • Review and approve materials delivered to site. • Raise inspection requests (IRs) and coordinate approvals with consultants. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. ________________________________________ 4. Coordination & Communication • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. • Attend project meetings and provide technical input. • Resolve site issues promptly and propose practical engineering solutions. ________________________________________ 5.
