Impacting issues across all revenue streams. The role ensures revenue accuracy, minimizes leakage, strengthens internal controls, and supports business growth through robust RA processes, effective governance, and cross-functional collaboration.Position Information Unit: Finance Division: Financial ControlLocation: HQGrade: P6Minimum role requirements:Qualification: Bachelor Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Experience: 6 years of experience with bachelor in Finance, accounting or related fieldsKey Accountabilities Monitor and execute day to day RA activities across all RA systems and applications.Monitor and analyze daily relating alarms and configurations of TAPIN/TAPOUT services.Perform monthly RA checks across VAS, Postpaid, Prepaid, Roaming, Resellers, Interconnect, and Wholesale Data.Analyze multiple data sources across different system environments to ensure completeness and accuracy.Reconcile raw source data across network, mediation, billing, CRM, and charging systems.Identify and investigate data inconsistencies; perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.Identify, track, and report actual or potential revenue leakages caused by network, IT, or process deficiencies.Measure and document revenue improvements resulting from system fixes or process enhancements.Execute end-to-end invoice reconciliation and validation for all assigned streams.Prepare revenue leakage dashboards, detailed reports, and analysis for senior managementConduct UAT for system changes and product launches; highlight RA and billing risks.Ensure SLA compliance with all RA operational activities.Ensure comprehensive controls are in place for all revenue streams to minimize leakage.Define, implement, and monitor SLAs, controls, and workflows with stakeholders.Strengthen RA control frameworks and monitor compliance with approved policies and procedures.Develop and maintain RA methodologies, SOPs, coverage plans, and frameworks.Align RA processes with industry best practices (e.g., TM Forum RA Maturity Model).Drive continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes, and controls.Support new technology and product evaluations for control design, cost-benefit analysis, and leakage prevention.Perform detailed tariff analysis and validation across all service categories.Validate end to product lifecycle including provisioning, rating, billing, and collection.Assess product configurations, system mapping, and charging logic for accuracy.Evaluate new services and technologies to ensure accurate billing and revenue recording.
