As a Reservation Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating memorable first impressions through professional and personalized service.A little taste of your day-to-dayEvery day is different, but you’ll mostly be:Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels in a timely and professional mannerAccurately input, modify, and manage reservations using hotel systemsPromote hotel facilities, services, and upsell room categories to maximize revenueMaintain knowledge of room availability, rates, promotions, and packagesEnsure all guest information is recorded correctly and confidentiallyCoordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure smooth operationsDeliver service in line with IHG’s True Hospitality service cultureWhat do we need from you?Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferredPrevious experience in reservations, front office, or customer service (hotel experience preferred)Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)Familiarity with Opera PMS or similar reservation systemsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsSales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell effectivelyPositive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidaysAt IHG, we’ve made a promise.
