Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesPrepare and verify BOQ based on approved drawings and specifications.Perform quantity take-offs for cables, conduits, cable trays, panels, lighting fixtures, and accessories.Track material variations and update BOQ accordingly.Plan and allocate daily workforce requirements.Supervise electricians, technicians, and subcontractors.Monitor productivity and work progress.Ensure adherence to safety regulations and work permits.Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.Raise Material Requisition (MR) based on site requirements.Follow up on material delivery schedules.Verify material specifications upon delivery.Ensure installation complies with the standards.Prepare and submit RFIsTrack RFI status and implement consultant responses.Maintain RFI log for project documentation.
