Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an experienced Instrumentation & Control Engineer to join our operations team in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring reliable operation and maintenance of instrumentation systems while supporting smooth plant functioning in a fertilizer or petrochemical environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and guide the technicians team to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules for instrumentation systems and equipment. Develop predictive maintenance plans to improve plant reliability and minimize downtime. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement and timely availability of materials and spares. Support the Head Electrical in daily maintenance and operational activities. Ensure compliance with safety standards, maintenance procedures, and operational best practices. Maintain maintenance records and documentation through CMMS systems. Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of instrumentation maintenance and troubleshooting in continuous process industries. Hands-on exposure to maintenance planning and execution. Good coordination and team management skills. Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is preferred. Experience Required 9-12 years of experience in maintenance management within Fertilizer, Petrochemical industries. Bachelors Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or related discipline.
