<p dir = "auto">The main purpose of this position is to create high impact visual aspects of marketing materials, books, magazines, product packaging, websites, exhibitions, creating corporate identity, websites and other media, including infographics for branding. The incumbent will be an integral part of the branding team and will work with marketing, copywriting and sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect company's corporate culture and goals</p>
<p dir = "auto"><strong>3. Main Tasks &amp; Accountabilities</strong></p>
<p dir = "auto">Task Description</p>
<p dir = "auto">Design Management • Meeting relevant stakeholders to discuss the business objectives and graphic requirements.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Estimating the time required to complete the work.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Take the Design brief to record requirements and needs.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir = "auto">Campaign Management • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Presenting finalized ideas and concepts for review.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Amend final designs to stakeholder comments and gain full approval.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Deliver graphics for marketing campaigns and other Branding exercises.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Product Advertising • Review all messaging/communication releasing it for review.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Work on product advertising as per the required guidelines.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Performs all other tasks and activities as assigned.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir = "auto">Health and Safety • Understand and ensure meeting the obligations of health and safety requirements of employment legislation.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Ensure compliance of all H&amp;S policies, including wearing of helmets and other personal protective equipment by the staff.</p>
<p dir = "auto">People Management and Teamwork • Create a supportive environment for the team members.</p>

<p dir = "auto"><strong>5. Person Specification (Qualifications, Knowledge &amp; Experience) </strong></p>
<p dir = "auto">Education Level – Minimum Requirement • Bachelor’s in graphic design, Visual communication, Digital Media or related field required</p>
<p dir = "auto">Professional Qualifications</p>
<p dir = "auto"> • Membership of Chartered Society of Designers (CSD) / International Society of Typographic Designers (ISTD) preferred.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Certificate course in 3D design, communication design, film/television, fine art, graphic design, illustration, photography, or visual art.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Possess a valid driver’s license.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Work Experience • Experience of 0 to 3 years in professional commercial design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Strong understanding of the Middle East culture.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Job Specific Skills • Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Experience working with WordPress templates.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Extensive experience in both print and electronic media and familiarity with software tools like InDesign, Photoshop, QuarkXPress, Illustrator, Acrobat and Dreamweaver, specifically with mockups, web design and multimedia presentation.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Highly proficient in all design aspects.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Experience in creating powerful visuals that engage, inform, and motivate.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Highly creative with instinctive feeling about future product concepts; Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Adaptive design eye and skill.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Energetic and passionate about one’s line of work (graphic designing) with ability to work cohesively with a wide range of people from different parts of the business and external partners.</p>
