In alignment with our strategic regional expansion, we are building a strong talent pipeline of professional retail experts for our upcoming showrooms.Position Overview:We are seeking 10 motivated, customer-centric, and commercially driven Omani Nationals to join our team as Sales Associates for future showroom openings. This position is strictly for individuals who have direct, proven retail experience within the building materials sector. As the face of our retail spaces, you will turn customer visions into completed design deals. This position requires regular, daily physical attendance at our premier showrooms.Key Responsibilities:•Sales & Deal Closing: Welcome showroom visitors, assess project needs (residential/commercial), pitch appropriate product categories (tiles, sanitary ware, furniture), and successfully close deals to achieve individual sales goals.•Quotations & Order Processing: Generate accurate commercial quotations, verify stock availability in the system, and manage the sales process end-to-end.•Customer Happiness & Relationship Management: Maintain excellent showroom visual standards, offer expert product advice, handle customer inquiries efficiently, and secure long-term client loyalty.•Sales Follow-Up: Proactively perform follow-ups on issued quotations and client visits via phone and professional messaging to maximize conversion rates.•Video Ad Presentations: Participate in or present short video walkthroughs, live digital consultations, and short promotional video ads highlighting new collections or showroom campaigns.•Showroom Operations: Report on a daily basis for showroom shifts, assist with stock displays, ensure correct product pricing labels, and coordinate with the logistics team for seamless order delivery.
