If you’re a team leader who is hungry for a new adventure, a multinational workplace is waiting for you.What’s On Your Plate?As the Head of NFV, you will be responsible for the success of Talabat in your country, create work-class experience for customers, defining the operating procedures and KPIs.Strategy: Your mission will be to define strategic priorities, develop roadmaps, and make financial decisionsExecution: You will participate in the development of the commercial strategy, operations and growth of the verticalProcess Optimization and Management: You will have the opportunity to create and improve processes, for example managing partnerships to contribute to growth.You will work in close collaboration with the regional NFV, product, operations and marketing teams to implement new products and processes.Reconcile locals’ needs and technical capabilities to optimize our business performanceLead cross-functional team alignment to make our internal and external operations more efficient and scalableYou will own the definition of KPIs and sales targets and drive operations to meet goalsConstantly monitor fulfillment processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity and drive total revenueUnderstand the needs of stakeholders with competing priorities, while delivering solutions that satisfy both mutuallySet a clear mission for your team and deploy strategies focused to meet these goals.Taking the company’s vision and interpreting this to the local market, ensuring we’re constantly evolving, innovating, and prioritizing the right projects to meet business needs.Collaborating with the product, regional departments – working with all the supporting departments to ensure your market has their needs catered for, and are coordinated with upcoming changes to product, processes, and strategy.What Did We Order?You have at least 7 years of experience in relevant roleYou have significant experience in management and project management and you know how to define a strategy at a local levelYou feel comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. You are able to make decisions with through analysisYou are able to move quickly from long-term thinking to immediate action.You are very adaptable to change and have the ability to execute quickly.You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to collaborate with a variety of interlocutors, both internal and externalYou work in full autonomy and also collaborate with stakeholders, you are curious and eager to learn more about all aspects of Talabat and its industry to acquire skills and knowledge very quickly and become a field expert.Who we areTalabat is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world’s pioneering local delivery platform, our mission is to deliver an amazing experience—fast, easy, and to your door.
