Senior Data Analytics Engineer

Job Purpose: The Senior Analytics Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and
optimizing advanced analytical solutions that meet business needs. This role
focuses on delivering high-quality data analytics and business intelligence
solutions, including advanced data modeling, end-to-end dashboard creation,
deep dive analytics, predictive modeling, and prescriptive modeling. The Senior
Analytics Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate
business requirements into scalable analytical solutions and contribute to
continuous improvement in data practices and processes. Duties & Responsibilities: Design and implement robust advanced analytical and business
intelligence solutions using Power BI Develop scalable and efficient ETL processes and frameworks using both
open-source and proprietary technologies such as SSRS Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineering and
machine learning engineers, to define business requirements and translate
them into actionable analytical solutions Conduct deep dive analysis and deliver insights that support data-driven
decision-making Develop predictive and prescriptive models to support strategic initiatives Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to
enhance analytics capabilities Document processes, methodologies, and technical designs for knowledge
sharing and future reference Communicate complex analytical concepts and results effectively to non technical stakeholders Support and contribute to the evolution of best practices in data analytics
and business intelligenceProvide career management and mentorship to team members, including
goal-setting, performance feedback, and professional development
support Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science,
mathematics or a related field 5+ years of experience in data related. Extensive experience with Power BI and SSRS Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and other programming languages Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Bonus to have: Extensive experience with data warehousing solutions, ETL processes, and
big data technologies Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud,
Azure) Experience managing multi-functional data teams
