Kitchen Equipment Technician

<p>Job Summary:</p>
<p>Responsible for maintenance, repair, and basic MEP work to ensure smooth kitchen operations.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<p>• Maintain and repair kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, coffee machines).&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Handle electrical (DB, wiring, sockets, breakers), plumbing (water lines, drainage, grease traps), and mechanical/HVAC (FCU) tasks.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Attend breakdown calls, maintain records, and follow safety and hygiene standards.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<p>• Diploma/ITI in Electrical or Mechanical field.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Good knowledge of kitchen equipment and MEP systems.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Strong troubleshooting skills.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Required Experience:</p>
<p>• Five-star hotel kitchen equipment technician&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Canteen or catering company kitchen equipment technician.&nbsp;</p>
