Technical Records Coordinator

<p>Role Objective:</p>
<p>The Technical Records Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the maintenance and management of all aircraft technical records. This role ensures that records are up-to-date, organized, and available for audits, while supporting the Technical Records Officer in managing the documentation related to the fleet's airworthiness.</p>

<p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p>
<p>• Assist in the accurate filing, updating, and archiving of aircraft technical records.</p>
<p>• Support the maintenance of detailed documentation for airframe, engine, and component status, including life-limited parts (LLP) and airworthiness directives (AD).</p>
<p>• Ensure that all technical records comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.</p>
<p>• Assist in maintaining accurate electronic records using aviation management systems.</p>
<p>• Help prepare for internal and external audits by ensuring all necessary documentation is readily available and compliant.</p>
<p>• Assist the Technical Records Officer in day-to-day operations, including the updating and retrieval of records.</p>
<p>• Provide assistance to the engineering team by supplying records and documentation as needed.</p>
<p>• Update Salam Air Maintenance information system (MIS) with flight logs and tech logs on daily basis.</p>

<p>Education &amp; Experience:</p>
<p>• Diploma, preferred in Engineering, Aviation, or a related field&nbsp;</p>
<p>• 2 years of experience in technical records or a similar administrative role.</p>

<p>Special Skills &amp; Knowledge:</p>
<p>• Experience in Technical Records processing within aviation.</p>
<p>• Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite or software solutions</p>
<p>• Proven customer service skills – capable of identifying customer needs and resolving customer issues.</p>
<p>• Database maintenance and data tracking experience</p>
<p>• Experience with OASES or a similar Maintenance Information System (MIS) is Preferred</p>
